She will most likely be my only child since I am single and having her via sperm donor, so I want to make sure I choose the right name. I want a name thats sophisticated, will age well, will suit her if she is athletic or girly, a name that’s not popular but not unheard of, and that suits a girl/woman who is strong-willed, confident, and opinionated. I come from a tall family (I am 6’2) and the sperm donor is tall as well so she has a good chance of being 6ft or taller. Some names I like are [name_u]Hollis[/name_u] nn [name_f]Holly[/name_f], [name_m]Clarke[/name_m], [name_f]Brynn[/name_f], [name_f]Savannah[/name_f], and [name_f]Adrienne[/name_f]. Comments and suggestions would be great!
I’ve always loved [name_f]Adrienne[/name_f] (spelled [name_f]Adriane[/name_f]) so that is probably my favorite.
I love [name_f]Savannah[/name_f] as well, but not sure if I can picture a tall woman named [name_f]Savannah[/name_f].
[name_f]Adrienne[/name_f] gets my vote!
If you like [name_u]Hollis[/name_u] what about [name_f]Cypress[/name_f]? Pretty , Spunky but could still be quite a strong name for a little girl. From your list I’d vote [name_u]Hollis[/name_u] or [name_f]Brynn[/name_f]

From your list I like [name_u]Hollis[/name_u] nn [name_f]Holly[/name_f] best however, [name_u]Hollis[/name_u] doesn’t feel very substantial to me. If it were me and I knew I was only going to name one child I would personally choose a very meaningful and substantial name. I can definitely see why you’re giving it so much consideration!

These two names are very sophisticated, will definitely age well, and would suit her no matter what her personality! I can’t say the same for the others.
If I had to pick one, I’d say [name_f]Adrienne[/name_f] is my favorite.

Thanks for all of the input I think I am now deciding between [name_f]Adrienne[/name_f] and [name_f]Savannah[/name_f], but leaning more towards [name_f]Adrienne[/name_f]. I like [name_f]Brynn[/name_f] but [name_f]Brynn[/name_f] [name_u]Grey[/name_u] is very short to me and my last name isn’t that long. Does [name_f]Savannah[/name_f] [name_u]Grey[/name_u] sound too much like a description because it’s two words?

I am almost positive that [name_u]Grey[/name_u] will be her middle name. I absolutely love the name [name_u]Phoenix[/name_u] but not for a girl. [name_u]Phoenix[/name_u] and [name_m]Griffin[/name_m] were at the top of my boy list. Sorry I don’t like the name [name_u]Riley[/name_u].
