@dogs_books hey, iāve been wondering ā why do you despise the name [name_f]Lily[/name_f] so much? i wonāt get hurt, i just am very curious! i have my reservations as well. 
I agree with all of this except for [name_f]Maeve[/name_f], [name_f]Josephine[/name_f], & [name_f]Theodora[/name_f]. I at least like all of these. [name_f]Maeve[/name_f] & [name_f]Theodora[/name_f] are on the edge, honestly, but I donāt dislike them.
That actually reminds meā¦A buddy of mine doesnāt have a mn, and so people take turns creating ones for him. These range from nice names to downright bizarre. Itās kind of a funny and endearing inside joke.

Adding to my [name_f]Neve[/name_f] > [name_f]Niamh[/name_f] comment from a few months back, Iām now rapidly coming to the conclusion that [name_m]Ruben[/name_m] > [name_m]Reuben[/name_m]. Thereās something so sleek and neat about those spellings

Itās justā¦ boring, bland, overused, I donāt really like the flower anyway (except water lilies), bad associationsā¦ I donāt hate it as much as I used to but whenever a name that I donāt like is very well loved, it makes me like it even less

I have considered the exact same thing. [name_f]My[/name_f] boyfriend doesnāt have a middle name and for some reason I think that makes his name slightly more neat? Not even sure how that makes sense but it does in my head. I like the aesthetic of just the first and surname.

I feel the same! I like almost every flower name, but I was never able to get into [name_f]Lily[/name_f]. Or [name_f]Poppy[/name_f]. Or [name_f]Petunia[/name_f]. I donāt think the latter two are overused IRL, but everyone on NB seems to love [name_f]Poppy[/name_f], which makes it seem overused even though it isnāt.
