I’m from the United States and I would say rah-fye-EL or rah-fay-EL.

I’m in canada and english i would prouncounce it “rah-fah-el” but in french the emphasis would be “RA-fa-elle” so pretty similar in both languages!
I’m in the UK and generally say it “raf-eye-EL”.

Ra-FYE-elle. A as in cat, fye rhyming with pie or sky. And I live in the UK, [name_f]England[/name_f] specifically.
