I’m from the United States and I would say rah-fye-EL or rah-fay-EL.

I’m in canada and english i would prouncounce it “rah-fah-el” but in french the emphasis would be “RA-fa-elle” so pretty similar in both languages!

I’m in the UK and generally say it “raf-eye-EL”.
