šŸŽ If You Had Tooā€¦ Double-Barrel Names!

I love love double-barrel names. Mary-Anne, Margaret-May, Willa-Jean, Ada-Belleā€¦ I canā€™t get enough!

So, my question is, what would you name a daughter if you had to use a double-barrel?

Bonus question: What would you name a son if you had to use a double-barrel? I always find double boys names more difficult than girls! :face_with_hand_over_mouth:

I would go withā€¦

Willa-Jean & Milo-Merit :sunny: :deciduous_tree:

Iā€™m so excited to read everyoneā€™s answers!

I love [name_u]Kitty[/name_u] or [name_f]Katie[/name_f] as a double barrel - Kitty-Grace, Kitty-Mae, Katie-Beth or Katie-Rose, perhaps? I also like Alice-Mae :bouquet:

I really like Mary-Ann! I also like Lydia-Ann even though I think itā€™s a bit tricky. Cora-Beth, Ada-Rose, Clover-Jane and Sadie-Jo are pretty, too.

[name_m]Boy[/name_m] names are hard! Looking at my listā€¦maybeā€¦
Ezra-John or Hollis-Joel.

Part of me loves the idea of using Jean-Marie with the [name_u]French[/name_u] pronunciation for a boy and the [name_f]English[/name_f] pronunciation for a girl.

I also likeā€¦ Mary-Ann, Mary-Grace, Jean-Claude, Marie-Claude.

I like double barrels as nicknames, like [name_f]Katie[/name_f] [name_f]Jane[/name_f] (Katherine Jane) or [name_f]Vera[/name_f] [name_f]Lib[/name_f] (Vera Elizabeth).

If I had to do them as a given name, Iā€™d go for [name_f]Anna[/name_f] [name_f]Grace[/name_f] and [name_u]John[/name_u] [name_u]Charles[/name_u].

Anne-Gabrielle is one I thought of many many years ago and I still love it!

Iā€™m not really into double-barrelled names for boys but if I had to Iā€™d probably go with Charles-Alexis (with a french pronunciation)

I like double barrel names with super classic names: I would probably choose Mary-Louise or Louis-Charles.
