Since coming home, Louie’s been a bit unpredictable: sometimes he can sleep through a whole day, other times he’s full of energy and refuses to settle. This hasn’t made motherhood any less joyous for Sophia though, even when he’s shrieking the house down purely for self-expression.

Having conceived him through IVF - the sperm donour being anonymous - Sophia jokingly tells her friends and family that it’s an ideal situation, given she dotes upon her son so much: too much to share him. There was a huge outpouring of excitement when Louie was born that she wouldn’t trade for the world, and Sophia hopes that he continues to bask in the embrace of everyone who loves him.

Julianne " Jules " Sara [Clarke] Osgood (34) is expecting her second child, something that came as a surprise to her and her husband, albeit a welcome one. Being the sort of couple who plan in advance, conceiving again wasn’t on the immediate cards, however the moment Jules found out she was expecting, containing her excitement was pretty much impossible. Usually a little on the stoic side, this side to her is a surprise to some, not that her husband was complaining at the shift in her demeanour.

A digital editor and artist, Jules is able to work from home, something that’s particularly beneficial for her family as her firstborn - Lachlan Curtis Osgood (5) - has autism, and transitioning to school has involved hiccups, so Jules being easily accessible by the teaching staff massively helps Lachlan in settling in for the day, as he knows his mum is around should he need her. He’s very keen to become a big brother though, the only complaint being his parents won’t do a gender reveal so he can tell his friends and classmates more about the baby!

Her parents were ecstatic to find out they had a daughter, and so was her older brother, [name_m]Lachlan[/name_m]. Her parents chose her name because they liked the meaning, life, and it also went well with her older brother’s name. She is a very sweet and quiet baby, and [name_m]Lachlan[/name_m], while he wishes she could play, [name_u]Jules[/name_u] and her husband have walked in on [name_m]Lachlan[/name_m] quietly looking at his sister. He’s already very protective of her, and he loves to update his classmates about [name_u]Zoe[/name_u] every day.
