[name_m]Hi[/name_m] there my husband and I have had 4 boys in a span of 5 years and now we’re due with our 5th! I chose my first couples names from the 1890 time period and was inspired by the “Hello [name_f]Dolly[/name_f]” movie for two of them. All of their names have 2 syllables and exactly 7 letters.
Our Boys names are:
[name_m]Harland[/name_m]
Ephrome (pronounced ef-rum, the “e” is the same as in elephant)
[name_m]Ambrose[/name_m]
[name_m]Lachlan[/name_m]
I am stumped on finding a name for our 5th. I like uncommon names and want it to go along with the other boys names. I do care about meanings and don’t want something that also belonged to someone horrible in history lol, or a meaning that is negative.
Below are the names I gravitate towards for our 5th. I am open to changing the spelling to make it 7 letters. I know not all of these have 2 syllables but at this point i’m running out of ideas. What do you think about these names, and do you have any other suggestions? I would love to hear any handsome and swoon worthy uncommon names you think will work. THANKS IN ADVANCE!!
5 boys! Wow! That’s amazing. I like [name_u]Sawyer[/name_u], [name_u]Everett[/name_u] and [name_u]Brighton[/name_u]. What do you think of
[name_m]Conrad[/name_m] (bold)
[name_m]Manning[/name_m] (brave or valiant man)
Raining (abundant blessings from above)
[name_m]Lawyer[/name_m]
[name_m]Almanzo[/name_m] (the victorious)
[name_m]Matthias[/name_m] (gift of God)
Renning
Llwelynn (leader/lion like)
[name_m]Eldridge[/name_m] (old, wise leader)
Your boys have lovely names! From your list I like [name_u]Bennett[/name_u], [name_u]Brighton[/name_u], [name_u]Everett[/name_u] and [name_m]Coleson[/name_m].
Some more ideas:
[name_m]Vaughan[/name_m]
[name_m]Ralston[/name_m]
[name_m]Manfred[/name_m]
[name_m]Beauden[/name_m]
[name_u]Britton[/name_u]
[name_u]Windsor[/name_u]
[name_u]Spencer[/name_u]
[name_m]Barclay[/name_m]
[name_m]Willard[/name_m]
Not 7 letters:
[name_m]Manley[/name_m]
[name_m]Ayrton[/name_m]
[name_m]Junior[/name_m]
[name_u]Lennox[/name_u]
I love [name_u]Everett[/name_u], Saywer, and [name_m]Weston[/name_m]
More ideas:
[name_u]Grayson[/name_u]
[name_u]Sparrow[/name_u]
[name_m]Raymond[/name_m]
[name_u]Finnley[/name_u]
[name_m]Trenton[/name_m]
[name_u]Phoenix[/name_u]
[name_m]Forrest[/name_m]
I would drop the 7 letters “requirement.” That’s the type of thing no one notices, and it would open up the pool of possible names. Names like Bristowe and Everowe feel very contrived. I would keep looking.
You have some really lovely suggestions ! And very cool sibling set already!
Of the options you have considered already I really like [name_m]Bristow[/name_m] With [name_m]Ambrose[/name_m] ,[name_m]Harland[/name_m], Ephrome and [name_m]Lachlan[/name_m]
I will add …(sorry for any repeats)
[name_m]Randall[/name_m]
[name_u]Wallace[/name_u]
[name_m]Marshal[/name_m]
[name_m]Quinton[/name_m]
Thank you for the suggestions. I’ve never heard of the name Llwelynn before. Definitely different. I will add some of them to my list. Thanks for the help!
Thanks for the Help. I LOVE [name_u]Finnley[/name_u], but my husband doesn’t. I wanted to name our 4th boy that and he wasnt having it. This time around he is still resistant. I like Deveroux and [name_u]Kieran[/name_u]. I will them to my list. Thanks for the help!
I like Dailee. That is definitely something I’ve not heard before. I love [name_m]Prescott[/name_m]. We live in AZ and love the area there. Thanks for the suggestions!
