Edited to add updated list***** (in bold)
[b]We’ve narrowed it down to the following from all of your beautiful suggestions! Husband was not loving the super [name_m]French[/name_m] names that I preferred, so here’s what we’ve got:
[name_f]Holly[/name_f] [name_f]Lorraine[/name_f] & [name_f]Eve[/name_f] [name_f]Rosalie[/name_f]
[name_f]Holly[/name_f] [name_f]Lorraine[/name_f] & [name_f]Eve[/name_f] [name_f]Sophie[/name_f] (pronounced so-[name_u]FEE[/name_u])
[name_f]Holly[/name_f] [name_f]Lorraine[/name_f] & [name_f]Eve[/name_f] [name_f]Sophia[/name_f] (we can’t tell if maybe the three-syllable works better)
[name_f]Holly[/name_f] [name_f]Lorraine[/name_f] & [name_f]Eve[/name_f] [name_f]Isabelle[/name_f] (not loving this, it sounds a bit too much like “Invisible”)
[name_f]Holly[/name_f] [name_f]Lorraine[/name_f] & [name_f]Eve[/name_f] [name_f]Melina[/name_f]
[name_f]Holly[/name_f] [name_f]Lorraine[/name_f] & [name_f]Eve[/name_f] [name_f]Adeline[/name_f]
Would love all of your help narrowing it down![/b]
--------------- original post below-------------
I’m hoping this will be my last post for this pregnancy!!
The husband and I decided on [name_f]Eve[/name_f] [name_f]Eleni[/name_f] with excitement, with [name_f]Eleni[/name_f] being an honour name. We’ve now realized, after saying it out loud a number of times, that it actually sounds like “Evil Any” and find ourselves unhappy with the choice.
We still love [name_f]Eve[/name_f], so the hubs told me to “ask my name friends” AKA you lovely berries
I prefer for the middle to still have meaning/purpose, even though it won’t be an honour name. We obviously don’t want anything starting with [name_f]El[/name_f]- . I tend to like classic, feminine names. I also adore the name [name_f]Jane[/name_f] but it sounds awful paired with [name_f]Eve[/name_f].
Big sister is [name_f]Holly[/name_f] [name_f]Lorraine[/name_f], with [name_f]Lorraine[/name_f] being a family name, and I thought about continuing the [name_m]French[/name_m] city idea… I like the sound of [name_f]Eve[/name_f] Annecy but think it’s too uncommon for us.
Would appreciate all the suggestions and feedback shared!
