We are expecting again in [name_f]October[/name_f] (team green) and my husband is pretty keen on the name [name_m]Thomas[/name_m] if we have a boy. Middle would be [name_m]Arthur[/name_m] as this is a family name.
I like [name_m]Thomas[/name_m], [name_m]Tom[/name_m], [name_m]Tommy[/name_m] bit am starting to have second thoughts. This name is quite popular here, and perhaps that’s part of my reservation.
Names I really like are [name_m]Arthur[/name_m] and [name_m]Frederick[/name_m] ([name_u]Freddy[/name_u]), probably with [name_u]James[/name_u] in the middle spot but I think hubby thinks they’re a bit old fashioned. He also doesn’t love any of the nns for [name_m]Arthur[/name_m]. Plus our first son is [name_m]Louis[/name_m] so not sure if that’s too many traditionally royal names?
Anyway keen to hear your thoughts… Wdyt of [name_m]Thomas[/name_m] [name_m]Arthur[/name_m]? Or do you think we should consider something else?
It’s okay, but maybe a bit flat. If you like [name_m]Arthur[/name_m], what about [name_u]Asher[/name_u] as in [name_u]Asher[/name_u] [name_m]Thomas[/name_m]?
[name_m]Thomas[/name_m] [name_m]Arthur[/name_m] is lovely, but you can always keep your options open just in case! (Sorry, my list of recommendations got really long!)
I love [name_m]Thomas[/name_m] [name_m]Arthur[/name_m]! So cute! I’ve known a few [name_m]Thomas[/name_m] or [name_m]Tom[/name_m]’s but haven’t none of them were under 10.
Thomas [name_m]Arthur[/name_m] is very classic and traditional. I somewhat agree with pp, it’s kind of bland but that’s just bc my style is so much more different than yours.[name_m]Thomas[/name_m] [name_m]Arthur[/name_m] is very handsome though. [name_m]Thomas[/name_m] is very popular. [name_m]Arthur[/name_m] is still a classic but a little less popular. I prefer [name_m]Arthur[/name_m] with [name_m]Louis[/name_m]. Another nickname for [name_m]Arthur[/name_m] could be [name_m]Bear[/name_m] which is what [name_m]Arthur[/name_m] means.
I like [name_m]Thomas[/name_m] [name_m]Arthur[/name_m], and I think it sounds nice with [name_m]Louis[/name_m].
I agree the suggestion of [name_u]Asher[/name_u] is nice.
@cactusgram He’s not come forward with many suggestions, he liked [name_m]Jacob[/name_m] for a bit but I don’t really like [name_m]Jake[/name_m]. He didn’t mind [name_m]Tobias[/name_m] “[name_u]Toby[/name_u]”. He likes [name_m]Nathaniel[/name_m] “[name_m]Nate[/name_m]” but vetoed because he’s a [name_m]Daniel[/name_m]…so not much help really

[name_m]Arthur[/name_m] was my first pick for [name_m]Louis[/name_m] but hubby won that one now I’m not sure I’m as in love with it as I was before… maybe just overthinking it
I like [name_m]Thomas[/name_m] [name_m]Arthur[/name_m], although I do think of the brothers from Peaky Blinders but that’s not necessarily a bad thing and not everyone will!
I think I prefer [name_m]Arthur[/name_m] [name_m]Thomas[/name_m] especially with big brother [name_m]Louis[/name_m]. I think it flows a little better.
I do love [name_m]Frederick[/name_m] but I think [name_m]Arthur[/name_m]’s is so handsome- and you have loved it for a long time!

I love [name_m]Thomas[/name_m] [name_m]Arthur[/name_m], but if you’re worried about popularity, [name_m]Tobias[/name_m] [name_m]Arthur[/name_m] is more unusual and equally lovely. [name_m]Louis[/name_m] and [name_u]Toby[/name_u] make a sweet set.
