We recently found out we will be expecting our second child in [name_u]January[/name_u]! Yay! And I’m back at dreaming of names.
What does everyone thing of [name_f]Siena[/name_f] or Viena? I love both of them, but husband prefers Viena. The middle name will be [name_f]Mae[/name_f] after myself and my grandmother. Let me know what you think!
I also prefer the [name_f]Sienna[/name_f] and [name_f]Vienna[/name_f] spellings. I like [name_f]Sienna[/name_f] better (had it on my list for awhile). [name_f]Vienna[/name_f] just makes me think of the sausages.
Since I know several Siennas, I prefer [name_f]Vienna[/name_f]. I think it has a classy and sophisticated air to it. [name_f]Vienna[/name_f] [name_f]Mae[/name_f] would be super sweet!
I, too, prefer the double n spelling, but it’s your decision. I like Viena/[name_f]Vienna[/name_f] best. There is a beautiful song by [name_u]Billy[/name_u] [name_m]Joel[/name_m] called “[name_f]Vienna[/name_f]” that’s basically about stopping to smell the roses and [name_f]Vienna[/name_f] is the paradise that awaits you once you’ve figured out the perfect balance. The song is what endeared the name to me.
I prefer [name_f]Siena[/name_f], spelt [name_f]Sienna[/name_f]. Everyone says it is so common but I don’t know anyone with the name personally, just know of one girl, and I also know of one girl named [name_f]Vienna[/name_f], so they are equally unique to me. [name_m]Even[/name_m] though they are both place names, [name_f]Sienna[/name_f] seems more like a girls name and [name_f]Vienna[/name_f] more like a place name to me.
[name_f]Sienna[/name_f]. I met one while working at a daycare centre who was absolutely gorgeous with wispy blonde hair and blue eyes.
[name_f]Vienna[/name_f] just reminds me of Viennetta rather than the city.
I prefer [name_f]Vienna[/name_f], but [name_f]Siena[/name_f]/[name_f]Sienna[/name_f] is nice. [name_f]My[/name_f] old primary school’s name included [name_f]Siena[/name_f], so it feels a bit odd, the [name_f]Sienna[/name_f] spelling makes it more like a name [name_f]IMO[/name_f].
I prefer [name_f]Siena[/name_f], one n, because that is how the city in [name_f]Italy[/name_f] is spelled. I’ve considered [name_f]Siena[/name_f] for another girl, more for [name_m]Saint[/name_m] [name_f]Catherine[/name_f] of [name_f]Siena[/name_f] than the city, but I really like it.
[name_f]Vienna[/name_f] reminds me of sausage. I like [name_f]Siena[/name_f] or [name_f]Sienna[/name_f] better.
I think [name_f]Siena[/name_f] is a beautiful name.
[name_f]Vienna[/name_f] (I MUCH prefer the nn spellings) just barely edges out [name_f]Sienna[/name_f] as the favorite for me. I [name_u]LOVE[/name_u] them both! [name_f]Vienna[/name_f] is just a little more unusual/uncommon.
