Ttc 2020!

@alsp I totally understand where you’re coming from. My doctor told me that I could afford to lose weight before we started trying. It honestly stung a little bit, but I knew that one year ago was not the right time and I was not a healthy person. I decided to go vegan after killing myself in the gym and eating healthy and not seeing any significant results in weight loss. I lead a very busy lifestyle right now. I work full-time, go to graduate school and work at an internship after my full-time job. So, I don’t have time to work out with working 13-hour days every day of the week. So, I was one of those “un-healthy vegans” who was eating all the processed foods thinking I was being healthier but I wasn’t! Now, I’m trying a more whole-foods plant-based diet and I feel great! I allow myself to have some cheat meals every once and a while but during the week I stick mostly to that and I feel great! Not sure if I’ve made a huge improvement according to the scale but I’ve only been doing that for one month! I have noticed changes to my physical body like my hips being smaller and stomach as well haha AND most importantly I feel more positive, happy and healthy than I ever did before! I’m wondering if you would be interested in giving it a try! If not, that’s okay too! It’s not an easy transition, and I certainly never want to preach to anyone about what is right and wrong when putting food into your body! I am not a nutritionist by any means! But I thought understanding where you’re coming from and sharing my experience could help you too! Best of luck to you! You can do this! [name_f]Remember[/name_f] it’s the journey not a race! I get jealous seeing people post their pregnancy announcements all the time, so I understand that! It will happen!
