So I’ve seen a lot of “CAF_____” on Nameberry under #baby-name-games, but I never quite figured out what the rules were / what you are supposed to do. [name_m]Can[/name_m] someone explain?

it stands for create a family, basically you work through some options to create a few names, that in turn would be a family
for example:
original poster would put:
DH(44): [name_u]Ezra[/name_u], [name_u]James[/name_u], [name_m]Lewis[/name_m], [name_m]Thomas[/name_m] [name_m]Robert[/name_m] / [name_m]Kenneth[/name_m], [name_m]Gavin[/name_m], [name_u]Scott[/name_u], [name_m]Andrew[/name_m], [name_m]Henry[/name_m]
and i would reply
DH(44): [name_u]James[/name_u] [name_m]Henry[/name_m]
(since james and henry are my two favourites options from there)
there are a few other types, like quizzes and namebanks, but they all roughly have the same premise. hope this helps (and let me know if you don’t understand)
Thanks! [name_m]Can[/name_m] you elaborate on what the DH and 44 stands for?
sorry!
44 is just the age of the person
and here is a list of common abbreviations
