Here’s a few that come to mind right away.
[name]Tiger[/name] [name]Lily[/name] - have loved it every since I first saw [name]Peter[/name] [name]Pan[/name] when I was a little girl but obviously it’s a little to out there
[name]Millie[/name] - I [name]ADORE[/name] [name]Millie[/name]. I love it so so much but I don’t like any of its longer forms and I’m afraid it isn’t substantial enough to stand alone.
[name]Vesper[/name] - I love the name, I love the way it looks and sounds and the meaning. But I’m afraid other people would mistake it for vespa or something and take all the beauty out of it. It just seems like the teasing potential is really pretty big.
[name]Flora[/name] - I love [name]Flora[/name], it sounds sweet and feminine but I’m afraid it doesn’t sound like a real person (if that makes sense) I’m afraid people might always associate it with the fairy from Sleeping Beauty.
[name]Olive[/name] - I used to hate this name but slowly it grew on me and now I adore it but my family hates it and just can’t get past the color/food association etc.
[name]Sylvia[/name] - it was my favorite name as a little girl. It sounds tinkly (like bells), and sprightly, and silvery, and wintery and feminine and lovely but most people look at it as an old lady name plus there’s the association of [name]Fran[/name]'s mother on The [name]Nanny[/name]. But I still can’t entirely let it go.
[name]Plum[/name] - sounds whimsical and it’s a beautiful color but that one I’m sure would get too many weird looks.
