Ok so I am a nickname person but I also believe everyone should have a good strong full name to use in life. I love the nicknames [name_f]Eve[/name_f], [name_f]Evie[/name_f] and [name_f]Vivi[/name_f] and now just need to settle on a full name for my baby girl. Here are my ideas:
I think [name_u]Evelyn[/name_u] [name_f]Anne[/name_f] [name_m]Hartman[/name_m] works best. All of the names are gorgeous, but the rhythm of [name_u]Evelyn[/name_u] [name_f]Anne[/name_f] is most appealing.
[name_f]Genevieve[/name_f] is a lovely name. However, perhaps if you like the nn [name_f]Vivi[/name_f], you should consider the name [name_u]Vivian[/name_u]. [name_u]Vivian[/name_u] [name_m]Hartman[/name_m] sounds so pretty to me!
I like [name_f]Genevieve[/name_f] best, and I feel like it works with all of the nicknames you have listed. [name_u]Evelyn[/name_u] [name_f]Anne[/name_f] sounds good, but I’d be inclined to pronounce that nickname like Eh-v or Eh-vah as opposed to Ee-v or Ee-vee. Not a big deal, but just a small technicality.
[name_f]Genevieve[/name_f] [name_f]Anne[/name_f] [name_m]Hartman[/name_m] would flow nicely! Maybe you should also consider [name_u]Vivian[/name_u], [name_f]Vivienne[/name_f], or [name_f]Viviana[/name_f] for the nickname [name_f]Vivi[/name_f].
Of these, I like [name_f]Evangeline[/name_f] the best, but I’m not sure about [name_f]Evangeline[/name_f] [name_f]Anne[/name_f] [name_m]Hartman[/name_m]. It is really pretty, but with all the “N” endings, the flow is a bit stilted. I like [name_f]Genevieve[/name_f] and [name_u]Everly[/name_u] a lot, and of the two, if I wanted the nn [name_f]Evie[/name_f], I would opt for [name_f]Genevieve[/name_f]. I like that [name_f]Genevieve[/name_f] [name_f]Anne[/name_f] [name_m]Hartman[/name_m] breaks up the -ns, and the nn [name_f]Vivi[/name_f] makes more sense with [name_f]Genevieve[/name_f], too. While I love [name_u]Everly[/name_u], it’s become trendy enough that I’d rather just leave it as a MN, and for some reason, I don’t like the nn [name_f]Evie[/name_f] for it quite so much. So I would say [name_f]Evangeline[/name_f], [name_f]Genevieve[/name_f], [name_u]Everly[/name_u], and then [name_u]Evelyn[/name_u]. [name_u]Evelyn[/name_u] [name_f]Anne[/name_f] [name_m]Hartman[/name_m] is nice, but, while [name_u]Evelyn[/name_u] is beautiful, it’s not really my cup of tea.
My favorite [name_f]Evie[/name_f] name is [name_f]Eva[/name_f], but [name_f]Eva[/name_f] [name_f]Anne[/name_f] is too stilted to me, too. I think [name_f]Evelina[/name_f] [name_f]Anne[/name_f] would be really gorgeous, too, though.
If you want both [name_f]Eve[/name_f] ans [name_f]Vivi[/name_f], I think [name_f]Genevieve[/name_f] is the best option. [name_f]Genevieve[/name_f] [name_f]Anne[/name_f] [name_m]Hartman[/name_m] is lovely.
[name_f]Genevieve[/name_f] and [name_f]Evangeline[/name_f] are both incredibly beautiful but [name_f]Genevieve[/name_f] clinches it for me because I think it sounds much better with [name_f]Anne[/name_f] and [name_f]Vivi[/name_f] seems much more natural for it than for [name_f]Evangeline[/name_f]. I’m not a fan of [name_u]Everly[/name_u] but I don’t think you can go wrong with any of the other three, my only concern with [name_u]Evelyn[/name_u] is that while it has the spelling of [name_f]Eve[/name_f] it doesn’t have the pronunciation and all the Evelyns I know get nicknamed Ev (eh-v) rather than [name_f]Eve[/name_f] (ee-v)
