I don’t mind the history of [name]Guinevere[/name] and I think it’s very pretty, but I voted for [name]Genevieve[/name] because it’s just so beautiful! Definitely a favorite of mine.
They are both beautiful! I like [name]Genevieve[/name] a little more personally as sound goes, but voted for [name]Guinevere[/name] because she seems so much better matched to [name]Persephone[/name]. I don’t care too much about sibsets, but [name]Persephone[/name] and [name]Guinevere[/name] are both beautiful names from someone loaded myths, the sounds sound so nice together, and [name]Genevieve[/name] is so relatively mainstream in comparison and I find the long ee at the end of both mildly repetitive. And then there’s the Sephy/[name]Sophie[/name] thing against [name]Genevieve[/name]. You’ll be finely set for names either way. Good luck!

Oh wow. I love both of these names a LOT… I voted for [name]Guinevere[/name] only because I think it’s a slightly better match with [name]Persephone[/name], style wise. Either one is fabulous.
I like them both, but [name]Genevieve[/name] feels a bit standard, I see it A LOT on naming boards. [name]Guinevere[/name] would be stunning.

I think the are both very pretty I just prefer [name]Genevieve[/name] over [name]Guinevere[/name]. I do love the nickname [name]Gwen[/name] but my personal preference way to get to it would be [name]Gwendolyn[/name].

I voted for [name]Genevieve[/name] just because I feel like she has more spunk to her. [name]Guinevere[/name] just feels heavy to me.
I voted [name]Genevieve[/name] because I love the nn’s genny , and evie. [name]Both[/name] are equally pretty though…perhaps combine the two guinevieve
I’d love it if you explained why it feels heavy if you can. I’m just curious I’d love to hear the negatives as well as positives.

I chose [name]Genevieve[/name], just because I like the sound of it more, and I [name]ADORE[/name] [name]Evie[/name] as a nn. It feels like a name that works equally well on a girly girl or a tomboy or a scholar. [name]Guinevere[/name] is lovely, it just feels to me like a lot of name for a young girl. I picture that name on someone who never has a hair out of place and is always perfectly put together, very regal-like.

[name]Genevieve[/name] won for me! While I respect [name]Guinevere[/name] as a name, it’s just way too over-the-top for me. Besides, I’m a sucker for [name]Evie[/name]. If you were going for [name]Guinevere[/name], I think you need something a bit simpler than [name]Sophia[/name] [name]Signe[/name] for MNs.

This was a hard choice, because I really don’t care for either of these names. I’m not sure why; there’s nothing wrong with them, and the [name]King[/name] [name]Arthur[/name] reference doesn’t bother me that much; they’re just not my style. But I think [name]Guinevere[/name] is prettier, so it got my vote. [name]Guinevere[/name] would also remove the nickname issue.
I think I would prefer [name]Genevra[/name] or [name]Ginevra[/name].

For me personally I like Gevevieve better. I voted for [name]Guinevere[/name] for you just because i think it goes better with your sibsets and is slightly more unusual that [name]Genevieve[/name].
