I think with the image you painted in mind, I would go with:
[name_f][/name_f]
[name_f]Farah[/name_f] Silena [name_m]Owl[/name_m]
[name_f][/name_f] [name_f][/name_f]— [name_f]Farah[/name_f] is a name I always picture using but never can quite see it on how I see my own child, but with a gaggle of giggling, fun loving girls I can easily picture a little [name_f]Farah[/name_f] being the ringleader. [name_f]Farah[/name_f] is for the sister I’m closest to, [name_f]Karah[/name_f], who follows a long line of women who are named for each other with only the first letter being changed. She named her girl after me (we share our first middle name) and I’ve always had a mind to maybe do the same. [name_f]Farah[/name_f] also has a meaning I like, relating to joy and happiness, and the almost homophonous way it sounds like fairy. Silena is a name I’ve loved since reading it in the [name_m]Percy[/name_m] [name_m]Jackson[/name_m][name_f][/name_f] series as a teen, and I prefer this spelling to all others. I like to use the meaning of [name_f]Selene[/name_f] for it, over what is more likely an etymological connection to [name_m]Silenus[/name_m], which is thought to be synonymous with my own name (Helen). [name_m]Owl[/name_m] is for the symbolism of the birds; wisdom, knowledge, and a connection to the spiritual. I first came across it used as a name in a book series by [name_f]Susan[/name_f] Dennard and fell in love with it. It just makes the combo feel very fey-like, almost like a princess in a fairytale.
[name_f][/name_f]
[name_f]Evolet[/name_f] [name_f]Persephone[/name_f] [name_f]Dove[/name_f]
[name_f][/name_f] [name_f][/name_f]— [name_f]Evolet[/name_f] comes from the movie 10,000 B.C.[name_f][/name_f] which was a favourite of my dads for a long time. I just love that it is the love[name_f][/name_f] backwards and the given meaning of breath[name_f][/name_f] from the movie. It has a very fantastical and unique sound that I adore. [name_f]Eve[/name_f] and [name_f]Evie[/name_f] are nickname options I like a lot, and I’m not opposed to [name_f]Lottie[/name_f]. [name_f]Evolet[/name_f] is definitely a wild child, but still sweet as a summers day. [name_f]Persephone[/name_f] is a long time favourite of mine, for the duality of the Grecian [name_f]Goddess[/name_f]. For simplicites sake, I like the idea that a woman/girl could be soft and ruthless at the same time, making her own destiny in whatever way she chooses. [name_f]Dove[/name_f] is in part an honour for my late daughter, whom we called [name_f]Birdie[/name_f] in-utero, and initially named [name_f]Paloma[/name_f] [name_f]Aura[/name_f] [name_f]Bird[/name_f]. [name_f]Dove[/name_f] was a pet name S/O called me early on our relationship, and [name_f]Dovie[/name_f] was his grandmothers name so it holds some significance there as well. I’m no longer religious, but the Biblical symbolism isn’t lost on me and the idea of doves being a peaceful, hopeful symbol is one I quite like. [name_f]Dove[/name_f] is just a name I can’t see not using, and I feel like it softens the weightiness of the first two names in the combo. It makes the full combo feel like late summer garden, full of rose musk and sweet smelling fruit trees, and the rich deep jewel tones of the season.
[name_f][/name_f]
[name_f]Yvaine[/name_f] [name_f]Stellaluna[/name_f] [name_f]Valkyrie[/name_f]
[name_f][/name_f] [name_f][/name_f]— [name_f]Yvaine[/name_f] is from Stardust[name_f][/name_f] the movie, not the book. The author has done very horrible things but I’ve decided that in this instance my love for the name is very disconnected from them (I watched and loved the movie long before I knew of the book or its author and don’t like the book at all). It’s such a pretty, unique name, very delicate but still full of life. I see a laughing sprite of a girl when I picture it, so I think it definitely goes well here. [name_f]Stellaluna[/name_f] is a name I’ve long adored, and always love putting it in a combo with [name_f]Yvaine[/name_f]. They just feel like a bright night sky, with a full golden moon, a thousand twinkling stars, and an aurora painted across the indigo tapestry of night. [name_f]Valkyrie[/name_f] is a name I love, and my love for it is multifaceted but it ultimately reminds me of the sentiment of strong, fierce women and of another of my sisters whom I love. She is very athletic, with long wavy blonde hair and bright blue eyes, which is what I picture when I think of Valkyries. I also just love [name_f]Valkyrie[/name_f] mythology and it’s a small nod to that. It also lends a very pastel imagery in my mind, making the combo feel very mythical and fantastic to me.
[name_f][/name_f]
[name_f]Medusa[/name_f] [name_f]Nimue[/name_f] [name_f]Vesper[/name_f]
[name_f][/name_f] [name_f][/name_f]— I waffled around on if [name_f]Nimue[/name_f] or [name_f]Medusa[/name_f] should be first here, but keeping the imagery in mind I decided my idea of who a [name_f]Medusa[/name_f] would be over a [name_f]Nimue[/name_f] won out. [name_f]Medusa[/name_f] is for strengh, coming from the meaning, but also a reminder for my daughters that they have a choice and it matters. It feels like the perfect sentiment for the bookend of this set, as the [name_f]Medusa[/name_f] I picture is a good-humoured and mischievous redhead with braids constantly coming undone. [name_f]Nimue[/name_f] brings to mind legends of princes and princesses, knights and dragons, but that ultimately that it can be women who decide the fate of kingdoms. The [name_f]Lady[/name_f] of the [name_f]Lake[/name_f] held all the power and answers, practically granting [name_m]Arthur[/name_m] his kingship along with [name_m]Excalibur[/name_m]. It’s also fairly romantic and unique sounding, which is just what I like in a name. I usually would put Karafina in the middle here over [name_f]Nimue[/name_f], but it is an honour for the same sister [name_f]Farah[/name_f] is and feels too dark and gothic for what I’m going for. The same could be said of [name_f]Vesper[/name_f], as my first thought was to put [name_f]Selkie[/name_f] as the second middle here because the watery playfulness compliments the other two names so well in my mind, but [name_f]Vesper[/name_f] just helps the combo stay a little more grounded imo and I just like it more. It adds a little depth to what feels like a very light and airy combo, a little spritely magic to the watery nymphness [name_f]Medusa[/name_f] and [name_f]Nimue[/name_f] conjure in my head.
