[name_m]Zane[/name_m]’s parents persuade [name_m]Zane[/name_m] and me to fly back to [name_m]Portland[/name_m] to talk some sense into [name_f]Georgia[/name_f], as [name_m]Zane[/name_m] is the brother [name_f]Georgia[/name_f] is closest to. Their hope is that [name_f]Georgia[/name_f] will listen to [name_m]Zane[/name_m] and turn herself around. To everyone’s relief, she does, and avoids going to Juvenile [name_m]Hall[/name_m], only having to do community service for 30 days. Building a Life Together

Building a Life Together — Part 1

Year 1 — [name_f]Edith[/name_f] and [name_f]Aurora[/name_f] take a small vacation and go visit [name_f]Aurora[/name_f]'s grandparents in [name_f]Atlanta[/name_f], [name_f]Georgia[/name_f].

Year 2 — [name_f]Aurora[/name_f] gets involved in a minor car accident and has to stay at the hospital for two days, even though she only has some bruises. [name_f]Edith[/name_f] graduates and fulfils her dream of becoming a businesswoman.

Year 3 — [name_f]Aurora[/name_f] is fired from her job completely out of the blue and the family is struggling financially, but she’s luckily able to find another job as an engineer for a well-known company within a few months.

Year 4 — The couple volunteers as short-term foster parents and they’re soon matched with two children, who happen to be twins, who are waiting for an adoptive family. They decide that they’re ready to start their own family and end up adopting them.
