Excited to officially join this thread! We got a BFP on [name_f]Wednesday[/name_f] and I’m currently 5 weeks! 
Awaiting my first doctor’s appointment, currently scheduled around 6.5 weeks, though my OB says they don’t tend to do ultrasounds until week 10-12. I was sort of hoping to at least hear the heartbeat sooner, but now we wait! (And try to be patient! 
)
EDD is [name_u]December[/name_u] 2 based on my LMP. But I think we may end up with a little Turkey in [name_u]November[/name_u]! 
[name_m]Just[/name_m] an update to say I am officially having a boy! I truly thought it would be a boy. I mean, I am both a skeptic and a completely credulous, woo-woo person, so the fact that my dad had a dream I would have a boy in [name_u]October[/name_u], and the fact that my MMC in [name_u]December[/name_u] was a boy? I just feel like this is meant to be.
[name_m]Even[/name_m] though I’d really love to be mom to a crazy, emotional pack of all girls. This is my journey and I’m excited to see where it goes!
Also miraculously, the NIPT came back low-risk for everything despite the fact that I am almost 43. Had a CVS on [name_f]Wednesday[/name_f] to test for all the things the NIPT doesn’t get, but this is starting to feel real!

I really don’t have a feeling either way yet. Our dating scan is in just under 2 weeks and it can’t come soon enough. I’m definitely showing already, it’s becoming quite hard to hide!

@georgiegeorgie, my dating scan is just under 2 weeks away as well and time is going sooooo slowly! I’ve been lousy with all day nausea (though never actually thrown up) but the bloating finally seems to have gone down a little 
I’ve been using a hair tie to close my waistbands for the last two weeks, not quite big enough for maternity wear yet 
Both me and my husband are having a hard time thinking of this baby as anything but a girl. Whether that’s intuition or just bias because we already have a daughter… Either way, I can’t wait to find out 
[name_f]My[/name_f] dating scan is on the 22nd! I’ll be 12+5 if my dates are right. Sickness is bearable for now, I throw up in the morning as soon as I’m stood up and then I’m usually ok for the rest of the day. I think I’m having a girl, I’m trying to manifest a girl as I only want 2 so 1 of each would be perfect but I know my son would love a baby brother as well. I just want a boring, uneventful pregnancy though so at the end of the day I’m not fussed!
@justlikeflorida Is this your first? So excited for you to go on this journey!!! Congrats! And don’t worry too much about that first visit. Sometimes they really can’t see much of anything that early, and it causes more stress than is warranted. The waiting is SO hard tho!
@pittieparty yes this is my first! I felt pretty awful yesterday, and much better today thankfully. But I’m also growing more nervous/anxious about growing a whole human! I feel like this is normal…just hoping it passes soon! I’m constantly remembering I’m pregnant and then become overly aware of everything - how I feel physically & emotionally, what I’m eating, how much I’m eating. It’s a whirlwind already
Aww that’s so exciting! There’s nothing like the first time. I hope you enjoy all the little moments 
Unfortunately, have to leave this group, as we found out in our 9w ultrasound today that my baby stopped growing about a week ago. Devastated doesn’t begin to cover how we feel, especially since we’ve worked for over 2 years to get to this point.

We also had our dating scan this week and everything looked great. [name_u]Baby[/name_u] is measuring a week ahead but I’d figured that out anyway with my own rough estimates, so looking at the 15th [name_u]October[/name_u] EDD.
I was over 2 weeks late with my son, so very curious as to when this little one will make an appearance.
Also, being a little further ahead means I only have just over 5 weeks til my next scan now which is keeping me going!
[name_f]Glad[/name_f] your scan also went well @georgiegeorgie [name_f]My[/name_f] daughter was a week early - she wants this baby to come on Halloween 
[name_f]Glad[/name_f] the dating scans are going well in here! I can’t wait for mine. It’s on the 22nd. I’ll be telling more family once I get that little scan photo!
I ran out of my anti sickness last weekend and couldn’t keep a single thing down, but I have them again so back to my usual first thing in the morning throw up. I’ll take it - I was so sick with my son.
Anyone got a bump yet? I can tell the difference on my stomach but no one else can yet. Definitely not a bump as such but there’s a definite difference. I’m 12 weeks tomorrow if my LMP is correct but my son was due [name_f]April[/name_f] and born [name_u]February[/name_u], so I’m expecting this baby from [name_u]September[/name_u] onwards lol
I for sure have a little bump already. Much sooner than with my first pregnancy, the muscles must be all stretched out from last time I’ve been in maternity leggings/jeans since 9 weeks as I didn’t have a hope of buttoning regular ones. Can’t wait to be a little bigger so I look actually pregnant and not just chonky round the middle
I’m envious of all these early babies! Waiting till 42 weeks was no joke, so i’m really hoping this one turns up on time or earlier.
I’ve got a little bump, but just look chunky like @sabrielschild said. It’s starting to get quite hard at the top, so slowly looking less bloated and more pregnant I think. We’re telling family this weekend which i’m excited about.
