I’m still unable to even open my draft. Does anyone know of a workaround to this?

I tried to post a topic but apparently I’ve exceeded my limit of topics I can post in a day and I can’t post a topic for another 23 hours. I’ve posted nothing in the last day…
Ik this site tends to lag a lot as a baseline but for about the past ~2 weeks?, nb has been showing me posts in mixed up order whenever I try to scroll back to look for something. Ex: as I scroll up, I may see posts that go from 1 day ago to 10days ago to 3 days ago to 30min ago. And for the past couple days, I sometimes even see posts that aren’t even on the thread that I’m currently looking at. It’s usually posts from the previous thread I was looking at. So if I go from notd to quick poll thread, I may see posts from notd even though I’m currently looking at quick poll thread
For the ads that take up the whole screen since I saw some ppl mention it, my phone doesn’t visibly show those ads but ik they are there bc when I try to click on something, it redirects me to the ad site even though there was no visible ad on my screen. It’s an invisible ad so I can’t even try to exit out of it since I can’t actually see an x button. The smaller ones that only cover the bottom are visible but the x button doesn’t always work so I have to refresh the page to get to the reply button
Also, whenever I try to make a poll, it quickly gets extremely laggy, more so than just the general scrolling and replying. I think this is actually a baseline for nb since I think this has been going on ever sense I got back on nb 2-3 months ago but am not sure bc I didn’t usually use this site on my phone in the past (I can’t risk having this site on my laptop bc it’s getting old and sensitive to certain sites so nb will probably kill it if I open this site on my laptop again). Even if this is considered baseline, I think it should be concerning that baseline=severe lagging requiring frequent shutdown and reopening site. I typically try to avoid these kinds of sites

I am not sure if these were pages that were deleted – although I sincerely doubt that – but I am unable to see certain topics. If I click on a link to a topic, it takes me to a page that says ‘oops! that page doesn’t exist or is private’ and this happens quite frequently. It occurs when I do the following as well:
- Search for a topic and click it
- Go to a user’s profile → topics → click on any. On many of these, some topics are even missing.
- Search for a topic on Google → click on the link

Sorry about that! The NB team is currently hiding topics that have been inactive for over 6 months, because we’ve had issues with AI bots stealing content from the forums. It’s a temporary measure for now, until a solution is found. If there is a specific topic you’d like to be able to see, you can message Brynn @.Kipperbo1 and she can restore it for you. Apologies for the inconvenience!

Hello and sorry to bring this up again.
I’m still having a trouble with my lists. As far as I know, I can add names to them, but I can’t change the name of any new list I create. They all start off labelled “GeographyDragon’s List Of Names” and I can’t add or erase anything.

If yall are going to close out those threads, then can we add more subcategories to the BNGs? Some games have so many variations and spin offs that they can be difficult to keep track of causing some of them to get lost for weeks or months until someone decides to use the search function or something to dig them up. It’s not usually from lack of interest as many people start playing again once it resurfaces. It might also help prevent people from creating duplicates of the exact same game because they couldn’t find the old one or they just felt the last one was “dying” because it kept getting lost.
Some ideas for subcategories:

I hate AI bots! I tried to view a particular @namelover55’s school NTB results topic yesterday to relive the nostalgia, but I thought that it was deleted. Glad to hear that it actually is not. I hope that you can find a solution as soon as possible!

Additionally, the pop ups load right after I click on stuff so I end up opening the ads accidentally… I genuinely feel like all the pops up are making mobile very difficult to use

This always happens to me when I’m on mobile, so I only use desktop now. It means I use the site a lot less, unfortunately, but it is what it is. The ads on mobile don’t load in right away, so the whole page shifts and moves around constantly for several minutes as they appear one by one.

Recently the forum has become a lot harder to use. There are intrusive ads that cover topics/replies and also large ads that cover the whole screen and have potentially inappropriate/disturbing imagery. I want to flag these two issues.
Hey! I just wanted to recommend that you try using the [name_m]Brave[/name_m] browser for Nameberrying – I used to have terrible ads on my regular browser, but the [name_m]Brave[/name_m] browser has completely stopped them!

This has popped up like 50 times, while I was typing a reply! It kept flickering on and off! 
Usually, I just hit “Ignore” and that’s that, but not today. It asked me like every two minutes.

I’ve also been having to press ignore often the past day or so. Also, I’ve been getting a few 502 and other error codes (4- something, sorry I can’t remember the rest of this one).
Are there any site updates or re-jigs going on?

I’ve also been having a problem with this! Last night the site was completely unusable to me because of it. It was literally popping up repeatedly with no break in between. Normally clicking ignore or reloading the page will help, but not recently. Also, when I do reload the page, it deletes everything I’ve written since the error first popped up which gets frustrating!!

I’ve reported this issue and hopefully our tech support can find a solution! I want to apologize for all of the site glitches lately — just know that I am reporting them to the team repeatedly and unfortunately I don’t have the tech knowledge to address them myself.
