I would like to issue a real-life bug report about the fact that you have to start naming your children without knowing how many you’ll name in total. Who would design it like that? This can’t have been on purpose. pls fix
Seriously though. Our boy list is two names long. I can’t picture myself letting either of them unused forever, but if I use both of them on the first child and we have a second boy, there are no names left? [name_f]Do[/name_f] I give him his brother’s middle name as a first? [name_f]Do[/name_f] we have to agree on a third boy name before we can even name one, or rather on four so both will have middle names?
I mean, this is what the [name_f]British[/name_f] royal family did! (Louis is also one of [name_m]Prince[/name_m] George’s middles). So I guess if you went that route it would have the royal stamp of approval, haha
I also know a family who used a feminized honor middle for their first daughter, then when they had a son decided to give him the original masculine version of the name too!
I feel this so much. Sudden changes in usernames and profile pictures stress me out so much. Please give some warning or at least make an announcement! (joking, not joking.)
Why do I feel the urge to always mention every detail of my life on my UC? Seriously, I could write about eating a potato chip on there. That’s not even mentioning the amount of times I edit it in a day and delete things.
Ugh yes I have plenty of names I like, so for me the issue is more, which of my favorite names are going to get left behind? I might pick differently if I knew how many more babies there’d be…
I feel like every week there is a new thread asking “boy names for girls?” or “girl names for boys?” and the repetition is honestly kind of grating.
On a separate note, I can’t be the only berry who’s a little sad about how cold the Rate The User Card! thread has gone. I remember how active it was a couple of years ago. As soon as I made an uodate to my UC, I jumped onto that thread to have it rated! It was also just fun to keep tabs on it, so as soon as one of my favorite berries replied, I had to hurry to rate their beautiful UC!

The irony of the fact that I am an indoor cat who generally dislikes going outdoors, yet I’m seemingly only loving nature names for boys right now is not lost on me.
